“The Biggest Urban Music Beach Festival In Europe”

August 1st – 4th, I witnessed history in the making as Europe’s biggest urban music beach festival went under way in Portugal. Thousands of us came together to party on a white sandy private beach, and watch the sun slowly set as some of the best artists and DJs in the urban music industry performed on stage. We saw performances from Buju Banton to The Compozers, Charlie Sloth to Distruction Boyz, and Burna Boy to WizKid. It was probably the best festival I’ve ever been to.

A Trip to Philadelphia

“They’ve Got The Best Cheesesteaks!”

Okay so this blog is waaaay overdue and I apologise for my lack of posts recently. I’ve finally moved back home after an amazing 5 months in New York, and during that time abroad I took a couple of trips to Philadelphia, which I didn’t get a chance to post earlier as I’ve been so busy. So, without further ado!

“Blessed Are The Curious, For They Shall Have Adventures”

“Home Is Where The Wine Is”

As most of you have probably seen in my previous post Chapter 21, I went back home for a couple of weeks to celebrate my birthday. The time off work was definitely needed and so was a large glass of wine! Obviously it was great to see my family and friends again too… I was a bit gutted to leave again really, but I’ve only got 4 more months until I’m home for good!

After Every Sunset, Comes A New Sunrise

Welcome Back!

Hope you’ve all had a relaxing couple of days. For me they’ve been a little stressful. Settling here in Kuwait is going to take some time. I’m a big worrier, I tend to overthink things way too much, and to be completely honest, I was pretty scared sleeping on my own for the first time. The Beginning of 2018

Rise ‘n’ Shine!

So in my previous post I told you that I was moving to Kuwait for a while. And after a long journey I finally arrived last night. I was up at 6am and wasn’t in Kuwait until 11pm, thanks to the flight delays! Continue reading “The Beginning of 2018”
